Costa Rica Folk Dance

July 25th is a special holiday for Costa Rica. Every year there are many special events recognizing the annexation of Guanacaste (a large area of NW of the Country.) Our school always has a special event with many Costa Rican participants. Our teachers do a folk dance and invited some of us students to participate with them. The 1st picture is Kathy and a missionary/student friend. (They are showing off the skirts Kathy made for this event.) The 2nd picture has one teacher (2nd from left) with the students that were invited to participate. Then the 3rd is the dance.
